What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental period is four weeks.
Can I terminate my rental agreement early?
Yes, you can terminate the agreement early. However, an early termination fee equivalent to one week rent will apply.
How can I extend my rental period?
You can extend the rental on a week-by-week basis by paying the weekly rental fee.
What are the payment terms?
The rental fee is in relation to the rented bike and is paid weekly via bank transfer every Wednesday. Late payments incur a fee of £10 per day for up to seven days.
What is the security deposit for?
The security deposit covers costs related to loss, damage, or liabilities. Any unused portion will be refunded within seven days of the rental’s conclusion, provided the motorcycle is returned in satisfactory condition.
What insurance is required?
Insurance is not included in our weekly rental rate. You are responsible for securing and maintaining the necessary insurance coverage for the rented motorcycle.

We recommend a proof of insurance that includes theft and damage coverage. Failure to maintain valid insurance will result in termination of the agreement.

Can I sublease or let others use the motorcycle?
No, subleasing or allowing third-party use is prohibited and will result in the immediate termination of the agreement and the forfeiture of your security deposit.
What happens if the motorcycle is damaged or stolen?
You are responsible for notifying the hirer immediately. Costs related to repair or replacement not covered by insurance will be deducted from your security deposit or billed separately.
Who handles regular maintenance and repairs?
Routine maintenance, like oil changes, must be conducted at a designated garage. Costs for tyre repairs or replacement due to punctures are your responsibility.
What if I receive traffic fines or violations?
You are responsible for paying all fines and traffic violations incurred during the rental period.
How do I return the motorcycle?
The motorcycle must be returned in the same condition as received, with the same fuel level and cleanliness. Failure to do so may result in additional fees.
